1500: Opening Ceremony takes place at an iconic venue in the centre of Madrid
1600: Bus transfers for all delegates and staff to Runnymede College.
1700: Committee Session 1 (90 minutes).
1830: Paella and drinks on the lawn.
1945: Conference first day ends. Bus transfers can be arranged to hotels upon request.

0900: Bus transfers to Runnymede can be arranged upon request.
1000: Committee Session 2 (90 minutes).
1130: Coffee, juice, fruit and pastries served in the dining hall.
1200: Committee Session 3 (90 minutes).
1330: Lunch served in the dining hall.
1415: Committee Session 4 (75 minutes).
1530: Break.
1545: Final Committee Session (75 minutes).
1700: General Assembly Briefing in the Julia Powell and Delegation Preparation Meetings.
1800: Barbecue and drinks on the lawn.
1945: Conference second day ends. Bus transfers can be arranged to hotels upon request.

0900: Bus transfers to Runnymede can be arranged upon request.
0945: General Assembly Session 1 (90 minutes).
1015: Coffee, juice, fruit and pastries served in the dining hall.
1045: General Assembly Session 2 (90 minutes).
1315: Light lunch served in the dining room.
1400: Closing Ceremony.
