Do I need previous MUN experience to participate?
RCMUN welcomes delegates of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned participants. We provide training materials and support to ensure all delegates can participate effectively.

What language will be used during the conference?
English is the official language of RCMUN. All debates, position papers, and resolutions must be in English.
How do I sign up my school?
If you are a member of staff wishing to sign up your school, please contact us beforehand with information about the number of delegates. Your students will then fill out the form under ‘School Delegation’ as normal.
What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations made before June 22 will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations after this date due to conference planning commitments.
Are there accommodation options for international delegates?
While RCMUN does not offer accommodation, we can recommend reasonable transportation and lodging options near the conference venue. We are happy to provide a list of recommended hotels and hostels that cater to a range of budgets, all conveniently located with easy access to Runnymede College. Additionally, we can assist with transportation guidance. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our team.
