1800: Committee Session 1 (90 minutes).
1930: Paella and drinks on the lawn.
2045: Conference first day ends. Bus transfers can be arranged to hotels upon request.

1000: Bus transfers to Runnymede can be arranged upon request.
1100: Committee Session 2 (60 minutes).
1200: Coffee, juice, fruit and pastries served in the dining hall.
1230: Committee Session 3 (60 minutes).
1330: Lunch served in the dining hall.
1415: Committee Session 4 (75 minutes).
1530: Break.
1545: F Committee Session 5 (75 minutes).
1800: Barbecue and drinks on the lawn.
1945: Conference second day ends. Bus transfers can be arranged to hotels upon request.

0900: Bus transfers to Runnymede can be arranged upon request.
0945: Committee Session 6 (90 minutes).
1115: Coffee, juice, fruit and pastries served in the dining hall.
1145: Final Committee Session (90 minutes).
1315: Light lunch served in the dining room.
1400: Closing Ceremony.
1500: End of conference. Bus transfers can be arranged to the airport or train station upon request.
